Skateboards:
- All skateboard sales are non-returnable
- A 7-day window applies only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described
- For any approved replacement or exchange, the new order will be shipped only after we receive the original product back in unused condition and verify it.
Apparel, Caps & Sunglasses:
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Applicable only for damaged or wrong products
- In other cases, only exchange or store credit will be provided
- For any approved replacement or exchange, the new product will be shipped only after we receive the original product back in unused condition and verify it.

Can I return my products?
Products, once purchased, cannot be returned. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. But, we can surely help you change the size, if that’s an issue.
Where all do you deliver?
We deliver Pan-India to all serviceable Pin Codes.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹2,500/- across India. For orders below ₹2,500/- shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
What if the product I received is damaged or defective?
We work very hard in order for our garments, sunglasses and skateboards to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us,
it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, send an email to hello@skatesupplyindia.com attaching
images. Our team will get back to you via an email, mentioning where to send back the product to our warehouse.
All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a store
credit or exchange. This may entail returning the product to our Returns Center
for inspection and may take 7-14 days.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer multiple secure payment methods for your convenience, including Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express), UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, and EMI options.
We also offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, an advance payment of ₹349 is required at checkout, with the remaining order amount payable upon delivery.
COD Example: Pay ₹349 online now and the remaining ₹7,299 when your order is delivered.
Please note that an additional COD handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders.
