Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have a smooth experience with us. While most of our products are carefully checked before dispatch, we’re here to help in case something isn’t right.

Once an order is placed, we do not provide refunds, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.


Category-wise Policy

Skateboards

  • All skateboard sales are non-returnable
  • A 7-day window applies only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products

Apparel, Caps & Sunglasses

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Applicable only for damaged or wrong products
  • In other cases, only exchange or store credit will be provided
    (₹100 processing fee applies)

General Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted
  • Demo products are not eligible for return or exchange
  • COD charges are non-refundable

Return Process

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Email us at hello@skatesupplyindia.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Mention:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Issue with the product
  3. Return the item in its original packaging

Once verified, we will proceed with a replacement or exchange


Exchange Policy

We provide replacements only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Fair Use Policy

If we detect misuse of the return policy (e.g., mismatched returns or unusual patterns), we reserve the right to:
