- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Chandigarh within 24–48 hours.
- Free delivery on orders above ₹2,500
- Prepaid orders: 5-6 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): 8-9 business days

- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, logistics constraints, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural events or disruptions. While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, delays beyond our control may occur.

Return Policy
Skateboards:
- All skateboard sales are non-returnable
- A 7-day window applies only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described
Apparel, Caps & Sunglasses:
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Applicable only for damaged or wrong products
- In other cases, only exchange or store credit will be provided
(₹100 processing fee applies)
General Conditions:
- Demo products are not eligible for return or exchange
- COD charges are non-refundable
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted

Can I return my products?
Products, once purchased, cannot be returned. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. But, we can surely help you change the size, if that’s an issue.
Where all do you deliver?
We deliver Pan-India to all serviceable Pin Codes.

What if the product I received is damaged or defective?
We work very hard in order for our garments and skateboards to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us,
it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, send an email to contact@skatesupplyindia.com attaching
images. Our team will get back to you via an email, mentioning where to send back the product to our warehouse.
All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a store
credit or exchange. This may entail returning the product to our Returns Center
for inspection and may take 7-14 days.
